The Polish chain Focus Hotels, part of the Immobile Capital Group, has concluded a lease agreement for its first hotel in Wrocław. The company plans to open the facility in the fourth quarter of 2024.

“The new Focus Hotel Premium Wrocław will be located in the very heart of Wrocław, at 19 Kazimierza Wielkiego Street. The facility will include 87 rooms and apartments in a 4-star standard, a restaurant, a conference room, a fitness centre and an underground garage,” the company announced.

The hotel is owned by FR Investments Wrocław Sp. z o. o. part of the Futureal Group. This is Focus Hotels’ first agreement with rent in euros and was concluded for a period of 15 years.

“We are three-fold pleased with this investment because firstly, we are entering a new large market, which is Wrocław, secondly, we managed to quickly implement the announced project with rent in euros, and the third reason is to gain the trust of such a large entity as Futureal Group”, said Łukasz Płoszyński, vice-president of Focus Hotels.

The Immobile Capital Group is a conglomerate from Bydgoszcz, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2007. Its portfolio includes companies operating in the industry, hotel industry, development, clothing industry, automation and power engineering, and industrial construction.
