LCP Properties has finalised from P.A. NOVA the purchase of the retail park's second stage in Ząbkowice Śląskie. Thus, over 1,700 sqm of GLA was added to the previous 9,755 sqm of GLA, which was created in the first stage of the investment, purchased by LCP from the same developer in February 2023.

The Retail Park in Ząbkowice Śląskie (stage I along with the currently purchased stage II) is almost 11,500 sqm of rentable space with 18 tenants, located at 31A Wrocławska Street. The property is 100% commercialised. A spacious parking lot for 320 cars is available for customers. The tenants in the purchased second stage of the project are: Jysk, Kakadu and KFC.T

The retail park location, right next to the S8 expressway and the E67 European road ensures smooth, fast and traffic-free communication to the facility from both sides. The Retail Park is not only a shopping destination for local residents and those living in housing estates in the area, but also, due to the key routes passing right next to it, for travellers to the Czech Republic, Germany or even Wrocław.

An official rebranding process is planned for this property in 2024, so that it officially joins the M Park retail brand developed by LCP.

“By announcing the purchase of the second stage of the retail park in Ząbkowice Śląskie, our portfolio includes the final available space for this location, which will officially operate under the M Park banner next year”, commented Magdalena Kowalewska, Chief Operating Officer, LCP Properties in Poland.

“Since its opening, this property has become an exceptionally popular shopping destination on the local map, which is why it is of our interest. Additionally, this was confirmed after the purchase of the first stage. Nevertheless, we are determined to continue developing this park so that it can best serve residents and visitors", she added.

“The sale of the second stage of our retail park in Ząbkowice Śląskie is an important moment for our company and a very good ending to the year. We are extremely pleased that LCP Properties has become the new owner of the facility. The fact that both parts of the complex were acquired by the same investor is a confirmation of trust in our brand. This is also an important achievement for us, emphasizing the solidity and attractiveness of our projects. I am convinced that the cooperation between LCP Properties and P.A. NOVA SA will be long-lasting and fruitful for both parties", commented Tomasz Janik, President of the Management Board of P.A. NOVA SA.
