The first six months of 2022 saw record results for the office market in Warsaw. During H1 2022, as much as 479,400 sqm was leased, making it the best ever H1 performance for the capital city’s market. Colliers has taken over the management of two office buildings owned by Stena Fastigheter – phase I of Centrum Południe in Wrocław and phase III of High5ive in Kraków. Panattoni is developing its latest project tailored for a global brand. A leading global logistics company is to operate on 32,000 sqm of the BTO facility, which is being built in Robakowo near Poznań. Construction work started in May, and in late 2022 or early 2023, the client will gain access to the property. Over 20,000 sqm of the space is designated for the automatic sorting of parcels. The project is to be BREEAM certified and will feature, among others, a 900 kWp solar farm and a heat pump.
