Panattoni is expanding its portfolio within the boundaries of Łódź. The developer has started the construction of the first hall within Panattoni Park Łódź West II, which will occupy 70,630 square meters. Almost half of this space will be taken up by Rohlig SUUS Logistics.

The global provider of logistics and relocation services has renewed its lease for space at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park for another term. Universal Express moved into the logistics centre almost a decade ago, and now occupies 13,600 sqm of modern space.

Galeria Tarnovia in Tarnów has been bought by a London-based European investment company. The mall has about 17,000 sqm of leasable space (36,500 sqm of total space). The price has not been disclosed. 

7R has obtained a development loan for the 7R City Flex Katowice I project. The financing of €15.5 million was provided by mBank.

Accor is partnering with Allenort Group for the new Mövenpick hotel in the heart of Gdynia. The future facility will offer hotel services to tourists and business guests, featuring 176 rooms with a rich F&B offer, conference and banquet halls, a spa with a pool and treatment rooms, as well as underground parking. MLP Group is investing to develop a new logistics centre within the Katowice Special Economic Zone. The upcoming MLP Bieruń West, situated on recently acquired land, is set to provide approximately 55,000 sqm of cutting-edge warehouse space. It will be yet another logistics centre operating in the highly sought-after region of Upper Silesia. In line with the property developer’s standard, the project will undergo the BREEAM New Construction certification of ‘Excellent’.
