The Metropolitan Warszawa office building reported that 18,000 sqm of new lease agreements and extensions had been signed. Leases include blue-chip tenants such as HP, LCP Properties, Green Holding Group and others including a leading global consulting firm and a world leader in the energy and chemical sectors.


HP, a global leader in the technology industry, decided to continue its operations at the Metropolitan Warszawa and to expand within the building.

LCP Properties, a company that is part of a British investment group M Core, decided to double the space leased at the Metropolitan Warszawa.. LCP Group is developing its portfolio of retail properties under the brands of M Park, as well as Multipark, which is responsible for SBU (Small Business Units) warehouse space. LCP Properties’ offices at Metropolitan Warszawa stand apart for their completely new space arrangement, adapted to the needs of the rapidly growing business and expanding team.

One of the best-known global consulting firms will also remain at the Metropolitan Warszawa for longer as the company has extended its existing lease.

Green Holding Group, a Polish family-owned business, one of the main producers of fresh vegetables in Poland and Central & Eastern Europe, as well as a refrigerated logistics operator, has joined the tenant roster taking office space overlooking Plac Piłsudskiego.

A world-leading energy and chemical sector company has also leased office space at the Metropolitan Warszawa. It’s new representative office in Warsaw features a unique view of the Saxon Garden and the Grand Theatre.

The Metropolitan Warszawa offers prime office space and retail outlets. The Lord Foster designed property is located on Plac Piłsudskiego in Warsaw, next to the Saxon Garden and just off the Royal Route. The property offers amenities including a gym, cyclist facilities, underground parking with EV charging points, and a coffee shop. It has achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating.

  • The global fintech group - Capital.com - has extended its lease agreement for 3,000 sqm of office space in the Skyliner office building in Warsaw until 2032. Over the past 12 months, lease extension agreements for a total of nearly 12,000 sqm have been signed in the building.
  • REHAU, a global manufacturer of advanced polymer solutions, has signed a lease for approximately 4,100 sqm of space at MLP Business Park Poznań. The new facility will integrate warehouse operations with modern office space and a dedicated showroom for product presentations, corporate meetings, and technical training.
  • RecuNova has leased 305 sqm in the Bucharest-based Olympia Tower office building for a new medical clinic. The lease deal was brokered by Activ Property Services.

New appointments

  • Romanian office developer Genesis Property has appointed Cătălin Niculiță as Leasing Manager. With nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, he has held leadership roles at real estate companies such as Atenor, collaborating with major office tenants in the banking, telecom, and IT sectors.
  • Krzysztof Wróblewski (MRICS) has been named Head of Portfolio Management CEE at Peakside Capital Advisors, responsible for overseeing investments and managing the real estate portfolio. He succeeds Christopher Smith in this role.
  • Garbe Industrial is reorganising its senior leadership team. CEO Christopher Garbe will now focus on strategic orientation and international activities. Jan Philipp Daun assumes leadership of the Development division alongside his existing Investment and Joint Venture responsibilities. Andrea Agrusow expands her remit to include Portfolio Management while retaining control of Commercial and Real Estate Management. Additionally, Michael Marcinek and Maik Zeranski will now jointly head the restructured Development unit as Management Board Members, succeeding Adrian Zellner.
