Amazon has extended its lease for over 36,200 sqm of warehouse space and 2,000 sqm of office space at the Hillwood Łódź Górna logistics centre.

The distribution centre of Amazon has been operating in Hillwood Łódź Górna since the end of 2019. The global e-commerce leader has chosen to extend its lease and signed another agreement with Hillwood Polska.

“We are very proud that our business partner has decided to extend its collaboration with us and remain in the Hillwood Łódź Górna logistics center. This is a testament to the high quality of the warehouse spaces we offer and the strategic location of our park. The choice of Łódź as a key location for Amazon’s logistics operations confirms that our facilities meet the highest standards and cater to the specific needs of our clients. The lease extension on such a large scale is a confirmation of the excellent relationships with our tenants and the business trust that remain one of our top priorities as a developer and investor”, said Renata Michalczyk, Head of Asset and Property Management at Hillwood Polska

Hillwood Łódź Górna is a logistics centre with a total area of over 115,000 sqm. The facility is located in the southern part of Łódź, adjacent to the newly constructed Górna Route. The location provides easy access to the S8 expressway and the A1 motorway. Being within the city limits, the distribution centre offers access to a skilled workforce and convenient public transportation options.
