CTP has leased 15,000 sqm of warehouse space to Polish logistics operator TAS Logistyka at CTPark Warsaw South. The company will launch activities for a client from the electronics and household appliances sector there.The new warehouse space will be used for the storage of household goods, as well as in-plant logistics and co-packing services. 

Panattoni is to deliver 44,000 sqm to the Raben Group – one of the largest logistics operators in Poland. The City Logistics Poznań III park, which is to be the largest development in this sector, will be built on the outskirts of the city on ul. Obodrzycka.

On the financing side, there is still demand for lending towards logistics. Maarten Otte, Head of Investor Relations at CTP, talked to Property Forum at Expo Real about financing conditions and the developer’s ambitious plans for the future.

Czech BHM group continues its purchases in Slovakia. This time, according to Seznamzpravy.cz, the holding bought a logistics and production complex called Trenčín Industrial Park used by automotive suppliers. The group did not publish the price of the transaction. 

7R started the construction of 7R Park Tczew III. The first tenant is ESA logistika Polska, a leading logistics operator, which will occupy more than 31,000 sqm.

P3 Group has released its condensed consolidated interim financial statements for the six-month period ended 30 June 2023. The company reported continued strong operational and financial performance. 

Nunner Logistics has signed a lease agreement for 22,869 sqm of warehouse space and 285 sqm of office and social space at Hillwood & LCube Wrocław East park, currently under construction in Dobrzykowice near Wrocław. Construction work is underway and is set to be completed by next July. The project is being developed in partnership between Hillwood and LCube, with Hillwood acting as investor and LCube as Development Manager, coordinating the development of the facility.

Panattoni has been awarded a loan of over €32 million from mBank to develop the first building of Panattoni Park Tricity East V. Regesta is to operate its largest logistics centre in Poland from the centre.

The warehouse sector in the CEE region, although experiencing temporary problems, retains its attractiveness. The directions of its further development may vary depending on the location - this is how the panel discussion  „Full speed ahead – What's driving logistics developments?” could be summarised in brief. It was a part of the CEE Property Forum 2023 conference, which was held in September in Vienna by Property Forum.
