Panattoni is launching its second project in Warsaw’s Targówek district this year. The company is to deliver 17,615 sqm of space in an investment of €8.5 million. City Logistics Warsaw VI will be the company’s tenth development in Warsaw.

CTP has leased approximately 110,000 sqm at the CTPark Warsaw West complex to Raben Group, one of the largest logistics companies in the world. This 10-year lease is the largest transaction in the warehouse and logistics market in Poland this year, for which the Raben Group was advised by Savills, and was also a record-breaking agreement for 2023 across CTP’s entire portfolio.

DL Invest Group signed a contract for the lease of over 120,000 sqm warehouse space with one of the world's most recognized fashion companies. The construction of warehouse halls for a new tenant is underway as part of the DL Invest Park Psary project located in Silesia in a strategic location close to the A1 and A4 motorways and the S1 expressway.

Fortress Real Estate Investments Limited has laid the cornerstone for its latest investment in Central and Eastern Europe – Fortress Logistics Park Zabrze in Poland. The ceremony included representatives of the local city council, project partners and the general contractor – Goldbeck CEE North. This class A facility with a total GLA of 77,500 sqm is scheduled for completion in Q2 2024.

MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski Park witnessed an official cornerstone-laying ceremony. The new logistics centre by MLP Group will encompass 56.7 thousand sqm of warehouse space, of which 9.2 thousand sqm will be taken up by the initial occupant Sunrise Medical. The project, due for completion in February 2024, is expected to achieve the BREEAM New Construction certification of ‘Excellent’.

Industrial developer Panattoni is buying a huge brownfield on the site of the former Barbora Mine from the current owner Asental. The company intends to build a modern industrial park of hundreds of thousands of square metres on the site of the former coal mining site. The price of the transaction has not been disclosed, Seznamzprávy.cz reports.

Hillwood Polska and LCube have signed an agreement to develop a logistics facility on the eastern outskirts of Wrocław. Spanning over 60,000 sqm, the Hillwood & LCube Wrocław East industrial and warehouse complex will offer Class A warehouse space and meet 'Excellent' BREEAM certification standards. LCube will serve as the Development Manager, working closely with Hillwood through the construction and commercial phases.

7R finalised the sale of 7R Park Szczecin and 7R Park Łódź West II. The new owner of the properties became P3 Logistic Parks. The price has not been disclosed.

Real Management S.A. has signed a lease agreement with Dr Irena Eris for warehouse and office space in its own development, an industrial park Good Point V in Łubna, near Warsaw. The warehouse space of 8,500 sqm and office space of 500 sqm is scheduled to be handed over to the tenant in Q3 2024.
