In February 2024, ID Logistics will start operations for one of the largest clothing distributors in the world. The company will occupy all of Panattoni Park Poznań West Gate II in Tarnowo Podgórne (47,000 sqm in total), with the new centre to be used to consolidate the operations of other locations.

LCP Properties, a developer of the small warehouse space (SBU) warehouses under the Multipark brand, has received another building permit for a project of this type, this time in Gdańsk. Multipark Gdańsk in the first stage has over 5,400 sqm of GLA with eighteen modules. The project is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2024.

GLP announced has successfully acquired two logistics warehouses spanning a combined area of 37,600 sqm in Janki near Warsaw. The price has not been disclosed.

7R will introduce a battery energy storage unit at 7R Park Wrocław West II. This innovative solution is unprecedented in facilities of this type. It will allow for storing the energy and, consequently, a significant reducing of the carbon footprint.

German logistics company Thomas Duvenbeck Immobilien took over the logistics complex ARETE Park Rokycany II near Pilsen in the Czech Republic for use in December 2023. It will become the company's largest consolidation centre in Europe.

CTP has leased 10,000 sqm of warehouse space and 1,400 sqm of offices at CTPark Belgrade City to Wagen International (Wint), an automotive parts supplier, for a new high-tech distribution centre.

Panattoni has been awarded financing to develop Panattoni Park Łódź West II – one of the biggest industrial projects in the western part of Łódź. A loan of €25 million has been granted by mBank.

The third fund of the real estate and investment group Arete has completed the development of a modern industrial complex in the urban area of Pilsen, Borská pole. The long-term tenant of the hall will be Oxymetal CZ, which specializes in metal processing and production of metal components for various industries, including automotive, energy and construction. 

Industrial/logistics developer CTP has announced the 30,000 sqm expansion of CTPark Košice in Slovakia following two pre-lets.

Panattoni has completed the third stage of Panattoni Park Zielona Góra III which is now 80% leased. ECE Logistics remains the largest tenant with its largest single-location lease being in the centre. Furthermore, in the first half of 2024 the company is to occupy two more areas with a combined area of 410 sqm this time for office use. ECE Logistics uses the Zielona Góra location to service e-commerce clients.
