Mecalit, a supplier of technical precision parts made of plastic, decided to sign a lease agreement for 10,500 sqm of warehouse space at the Central European Logistics Hub, an investment owned by Panattoni Europe. AXI IMMO was responsible for the comprehensive advisory services for the tenant.

Master Management Group (MMG) has been granted an occupancy permit for its Hi Piotrkowska complex in Łódź. In December the first tenants are gradually to start their operations from the main building. Panattoni is to deliver a central warehouse in Łódź for school and nursery school supplies. Their distributor has leased 11,200 sqm in Panattoni Park Łódź West, which is currently under construction. Intersport will open a new large outlet in the recently refurbished GOBUDA Mall in Budapest in Q3 2023. The firm joins German retailer Wellensteyn and Hungarian retailer Budmil, both started to trade there in March. A new Wok'n Go restaurant will be available in the mall in the Summer.
