London-based investor Tritax EuroBox has agreed to sell its asset in Łódź, Poland for €65.5 million to Savills Investment Management, acting on behalf of the Vestas European Strategic Allocation Logistics Fund (VESALF I), a fund raised solely from Korean institutional investors.

Master Management Group (MMG) has been granted an occupancy permit for its Hi Piotrkowska complex in Łódź. In December the first tenants are gradually to start their operations from the main building. At the same time, MMG has signed further leases including with the Rossmann drugstore and the Łódź-based florist Badylarz.

Echo Investment has gained a loan for the construction of three office buildings included in the multifunctional Fuzja project in Łódź. Bank Pekao S.A. provided financing for the investment.

Cushman & Wakefield will act as the sole agent responsible for the commercialisation of the Łódź 1 office building of the Prime Holdings Group.

Panattoni is to deliver a central warehouse in Łódź for school and nursery school supplies. Their distributor has leased 11,200 sqm in Panattoni Park Łódź West, which is currently under construction. The building is to be built in Konstantynów Łódzki, near two express roads 8 km from the international airport. It is the developer's first investment project on the western side of Łódź.

Savills Investment Management has acquired a logistics property in Łódź, Poland, and two adjacent distribution centres in Den Bosch, the Netherlands, for a total of c. €52 million. The Polish property was purchased on behalf of the Savills IM European Logistics Fund 2 (ELF 2) portfolio, which now comprises 26 properties. The two Dutch logistics properties constitute the third transaction on behalf of the European Logistics Fund 3 (ELF 3), which was launched in late 2019.

Cavatina Holding has acquired the Widzewska Manufaktura revitalisation project in Łódź for €90 million (PLN 400 million). The seller of the approximately 4 ha site at Piłsudskiego 135 with its 19th-century industrial buildings was a company headed and co-founded by Stanisław Zaręba, represented in the transaction by Deloitte.

Savills Investment Management has acquired another logistics unit in Łódź. The property was purchased from Invesco Real Estate, the global real estate investment manager, on behalf of the Savills IM European Logistics Fund 2 (ELF 2), which now owns 26 properties in Europe.

Three tenants – LPP, Investa and Centor – have decided to extend their leases in Segro Logistics Park Stryków near Łódź, in deals that together amount to almost 80,000 sqm.

Kajima Properties Europe and Savills Investment Management have launched a new strategic partnership with the completion of the acquisition of Panattoni Europe’s interest in the 144,880 sqm Łódź City VI logistics park in Central Poland.
