Skanska has begun construction of Nowy Rynek C, the final part of a modern office complex in central Poznań. The building will be Poland's first commercial office building with net-zero CO₂ emissions at operational level and will be completely independent from the city's district heating network.

Penta Real Estate has attracted Alto Real Estate as a minority partner in its Chalupkova project in Bratislava through a joint venture arrangement. Alto will hold a 49% stake while Penta retains management control over the development and construction.

The South Tower of City Gate in Bucharest, developed and managed by GTC, has been awarded the LEED Gold v5 certificate. Alesonor has partnered with Pescariu Sports&Spa to create a 12,000 sqm sports and leisure complex within the Amber Forest suburb, with a planned investment of €8 million.
