Investika realitní fond, the largest Czech and Slovak independent open-ended real estate fund, has announced the acquisition of the second phase of the Centrum Południe office complex in Wrocław for €62 million.


The building offers 21,500 sqm of office space and is fully leased, with BNY Mellon as the main tenant. The property holds international certifications including LEED Platinum, WELL Gold and Object Without Barriers.

Mariusz Krzak, Executive Vice President, Skanska Commercial Development Europe in Poland, said: "The Centrum Południe building reflects our belief that thoughtful design, accessibility, and resilience contribute to enduring investment performance."

"Our latest acquisition of the second phase of Centrum Południe perfectly aligns with this strategy," added Jaroslav Kysela, Member of the Board of the investment company Investika.

The acquisition confirms Investika's regional expansion into key Polish markets and demonstrates its ability to execute large, complex transactions in partnership with established developers including Skanska and BUD Holdings.

The deal highlights the continued interest in premium office assets with strong environmental credentials across Central Europe.
