International Finance Corporation (IFC), part of the Word Bank Group, is providing a €72 million loan to a subsidiary of Iulius Holding for the development of a new green office project in Iași, northeastern Romania. 

The average asking price for an apartment in Romania stood at €1,379 per sqm in March, up 1.5% compared to the previous month, according to a report by real estate portal Imobiliare.ro.

The first project of this type is proposed for Miroslava commune in Iași County and entails an investment upwards of €6 million.

Iulius Company is starting the construction works for Palas Campus in Iași, an investment upwards of €120 million. Automotive parts supplier Continental Romania is investing €27 million to expand its office building in Iasi. The new building will have eight floors and a total built-up area of over 21,000 square metres. Completion of the project is scheduled for March 2020.
