Impact Developer & Contractor will start the development of its first residential projects in Iași, eastern Romania, in the second half of this year.
The complex Greenfield Copou will feature 1,096 apartments with various facilities designed to reduce the consumption of energy. It will be delivered in two phases starting with the first quarter of 2023.
The developer says that 42% of the project’s area will be dedicated to green spaces, with bike tracks and charging stations for electric cars designed inside the compound.
Greenfield Copou will benefit from 3,200 sqm of relaxation spaces, including restaurants and an indoor pool, as well as 300 sqm of commercial spaces.
Impact is currently developing residential projects in Bucharest and Constanța. The company is controlled by Romanian entrepreneur Gheorghe Iaciu.
