Following over 4 years of intensive work, Ghelamco Poland has completed the revitalisation of two historic tenement houses at 13 and 15 Foksal Street in Warsaw.
The tenement houses were built in 1895-1898 according to the design of Artur Otton Spitzbarth. Foksal 13/15 will provide its future residents with numerous amenities, including concierge services, guest rooms, a recreation area, a fitness room and spacious terraces on the top floors of tenements with a view of the centre of Warsaw. A garage was built under the property that could accommodate a total of over 60 cars.
In both buildings, there are 55 apartments with an area of 47 to 260 sqm. Apartment prices per sqm in the building range from PLN 25,000 (€5,600) to PLN 40,000 (€9,000).
