M Core has started development of M Park Galați, the city's first retail park, on a 100,000 sqm plot acquired in December 2024.

Prima Development Group has acquired a two-hectare plot adjacent to its new residential project Prima Solis, launched this summer. The transaction worth nearly €4 million will allow the expansion of the complex with approximately 700 apartments.

Polish developer Develia achieved a net profit of €41.3 million in the first half of 2025, up 17% from €35.4 million in the same period last year. Revenue increased 15% to €178.4 million compared to €154.6 million in H1 2024.

Construction of the second phase of the Skyliner office complex, owned by the Karimpol Group, has reached the halfway point. At 65 metres high, the 15th floor walls are currently being built, marking half of the target height. Each floor is constructed in five days, with completion scheduled for Q4 2026.

Matexi Polska has completed sales of all apartments in its Kameralny Prokocim 2 development at Facimiech 12 street in Kraków. The project comprised 49 apartments in total. The developer currently offers apartments in three Kraków investments located in different parts of the city: Podgórze, Zabłocie, and the Łagiewniki and Borek Fałęcki areas.

The Prague City Council has approved the investment preparation of the Project 5 in the Nové Dvory development area, bringing approximately 480 apartments.

Green House Development is building Royal Garden Wilanów, a three-story apartment building in Miasteczko Wilanów surrounded by an 8,000 sqm private park - larger than a full-size football pitch. Construction is progressing on schedule with completion planned for the end of 2026.

Resi4Rent has launched a new residential complex in Kraków’s Zabłocie district, offering 873 fully furnished apartments available on subscription-based rental contracts.

Harden Construction has begun construction of Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II, a new industrial complex in Jankowo Gdańskie near Gdańsk. The design-and-build project will deliver nearly 40,000 sqm of production, warehouse and office space, with completion scheduled for early 2026.

Fort Wola in Warsaw has expanded its functions by introducing office space, continuing the trend of repositioning older retail assets into mixed-use destinations.
