P3 Logistic Parks is expanding its presence in Blonie near Warsaw after acquiring an 8.8-hectare plot adjacent to its existing P3 Blonie park. The company will construct a new facility with 41,391 sqm of total leasable area, comprising 39,420 sqm of warehouse space and 1,971 sqm of offices.

Matexi Polska's Do Wilgi development in Krakow's Łagiewniki district has received its occupancy permit, meaning future residents will soon be able to collect their keys. The project comprises 100 functional apartments, with 2 and 3-room units still available for purchase.

Trei Real Estate has completed the first construction stage of its UP2U rental housing development in Poznan, Poland. The project delivered 330 apartments, with the first tenants moving in October 2025.
