Bellemonde has announced the launch of Bellemonde Privée, a new residential project in Pipera adding 52 villas to the growing community. The total investment amounts to €25 million, with approximately 65% secured through a financing partnership with Vista Bank.

Xior Student Housing has completed the acquisition and opening of the Wenedów student residence in Warsaw, Poland. The company acquired the remaining shares in the development from joint venture partner Solida Capital, gaining full ownership after initially holding a 25% + 1 share interest.

Matexi Polska has completed sales of all apartments in its Kameralny Prokocim 2 development at Facimiech 12 street in Kraków. The project comprised 49 apartments in total. The developer currently offers apartments in three Kraków investments located in different parts of the city: Podgórze, Zabłocie, and the Łagiewniki and Borek Fałęcki areas.
