Matexi Polska is entering the final stage of its Splot Wola residential development at ul. Sowińskiego 28 in Warsaw, with more than 75% of the 103 apartments already sold. The project, located in the Odolany and Ulrychów area of the Wola district, comprises flats ranging from two to five rooms, including split-level units with terraces on the top floor. The remaining available units are predominantly two-room apartments.
"Exceeding the 75% sales level is an important signal that Splot Wola meets the needs of people looking for a new home in this part of Warsaw. Construction is progressing on schedule," said Katarzyna Kwiatkowska, Sales Office Manager at Matexi Polska. She added that prospective buyers still have the opportunity to choose from the available units.
The development, designed by HRA Architekci, includes green courtyard spaces with seating areas, ground-floor apartments with private gardens, green roofs and photovoltaic panels. The ground floor will also accommodate commercial units accessible from both ul. Sowińskiego and the internal courtyard. Residents will have access to a two-level underground car park with a bicycle storage area and storage rooms.
The building, standing between six and eight storeys, is being constructed by Polish general contractor Łucz-Bud. Completion of construction work, receipt of the occupancy permit and handover of keys to owners are all planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.
Matexi Polska, the Polish arm of a Belgian developer active in the country since 2010, has sold approximately 4,000 apartments across the Warsaw and Kraków markets to date and holds land secured for a further approximately 3,500 units.
