Resi4Rent has opened a new build-to-rent development in the south-eastern part of Wrocław. The project, Resi4Rent Wrocław Bardzka, located on ul. Bardzka at the junction of the Hub and Tarnogaj districts, offers 620 furnished apartments available on a subscription basis.
The development is positioned to offer access to public transport, academic and commercial destinations, and green space. By public transport, the University of Economics is reachable in approximately 5 to 10 minutes, Wrocław Main Station and the Wroclavii shopping centre in around 10 to 15 minutes, and AquaPark Wrocław in roughly four minutes. Park Skowroni is around 10 to 15 minutes on foot, while Park Wschodni can be reached by bicycle in about 10 minutes.
"Wrocław, as a strong academic and business centre, is a natural location for the growth of subscription-based housing. For many residents, flexibility, predictability and professional management matter, without the need to commit to purchasing a property. The project on ul. Bardzka reinforces the subscription housing offer in Wrocław and shows that PRS is becoming an important complement to the traditional residential market," said Sławomir Imianowski, president of the management board of Resi4Rent.
The scheme includes studio, two-room and three-room apartments, marketed under the ResiStudio, ResiComfort and ResiFamily formats respectively. All units are furnished, equipped with household appliances and Wi-Fi. The subscription model includes a fixed monthly fee, a transparent lease agreement, a dedicated client manager, technical service, building security and a management app. The building incorporates a photovoltaic installation and motion-sensor lighting in common areas. "Our offer is designed with different life stages in mind. What connects our clients is the expectation that the apartment will be ready to move into, the terms will be clear, and day-to-day matters can be handled efficiently. Our offer is much more than a furnished apartment. It is also a hotel-inspired service with a co-working space, a bookcrossing shelf, and community events," said Alicja Kościesza, director of sales and marketing at Resi4Rent.
Resi4Rent has been developing subscription-based housing in Poland since 2018 and has delivered more than 8,000 units to date. The company is owned by Echo Investment, which holds a 30% stake, and a global investment fund represented by Griffin Capital Partners, which holds the remaining 70%.
