Develia has begun construction of Żywiecka Vita, a 12-storey residential building in the Wrzeszcz Dolny district of Gdańsk. Designed by AKO Architekci, the development will deliver 127 apartments ranging from 27 to 114 sqm, spanning studio to four-room layouts. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2028, with prices starting from 15,700 złoty per sqm.
The building will include a landscaped patio, bicycle storage in the underground garage and four commercial units on the ground floor. All apartments have been designed to maximise natural light through large windows and glazed balconies.
"Designing Żywiecka Vita, we paid attention both to the functionality of the apartments and to the quality of the spaces residents will use every day. Light-filled apartments, an elegant entrance area and a green patio will create a comfortable and welcoming place to live. The location is also worth highlighting, as it allows residents to enjoy all the conveniences of a large city alongside the advantages of a coastal climate," said Anna Samulak, head of sales at Develia.
Wrzeszcz Dolny offers good public transport connections, with the nearest tram stop 100 metres from the building, providing direct access to the city centre, Oliwa, Brzeźno and central Wrzeszcz. The Baltic Opera, Polsat Plus Arena stadium and a multiplex cinema are nearby, as are nurseries, primary schools and universities including Gdańsk University of Technology and the Medical University of Gdańsk, reachable within roughly 15 minutes by public transport.
Alstal Grupa Budowlana is acting as general contractor. Develia is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and has completed 73 housing estates comprising 27,338 apartments across Poland.
