Waberer’s Group is developing a nearly 22,000 sqm multifunctional logistics centre in Debrecen. Construction began in November 2024, with the first column erected in April this year. By August, the facility had reached the shell stage, and operations are scheduled to start in Q4 2025. The new hub will offer fully customisable storage and logistics services, strengthening supply chains across Eastern Hungary and neighbouring regions.

Harden Construction is developing a new distribution centre in Ujrzanów, next to Siedlce, as part of Panattoni Park Siedlce. The 6,200 sqm project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025 and has been leased to a logistics services provider.

According to Avison Young, at the end of the first half of 2025, Warsaw's modern office stock reached 6.33 million sqm. Three projects were delivered: The Bridge (51,800 sqm), Office House (27,800 sqm), and CD Projekt HQ (5,600 sqm), all contributing to the city’s central zones, which continue to concentrate nearly 90% of new supply.

PKB Inwest Budowa is moving forward with the construction and leasing of a new retail park in Zawiercie, Silesia. The project, covering 16,000 sqm, is set for completion by the end of Q1 2026. Located on Wojska Polskiego Street, the development aims to serve residents of Zawiercie and surrounding towns, with a total catchment area of approximately 250,000 people within a 30-minute drive.

Construction has started on Andersa Retail Park in Gliwice, located at the intersection of Andersa and Okulickiego streets. The two-storey retail park will offer over 4,900 sqm of space and is already mostly leased. Confirmed tenants include Sinsay, Żabka, Rossmann, Fabryka Formy, and Kaufland as the grocery anchor. The complex will also feature a fitness club operated by a nationwide chain. Customers will have access to a shared parking lot with 278 spaces, and the surrounding area is further supported by nearby Lidl and Biedronka stores.

Redkom Development is commercialising a new retail park in Białystok. The scheme will provide approximately 14,000 sqm of leasable area and host around 25 retail and service units. A key anchor tenant will be Biedronka, whose 1,200 sqm supermarket is expected to attract strong daily footfall.

Harden Construction is developing two industrial halls as part of Panattoni Park Warsaw North III in Kobyłka, just 25 km from central Warsaw. The project, which started in Q2 2025, is set for completion in Q4 2025. The halls will have areas of 13,000 sqm (Hall A) and 33,000 sqm (Hall B). One of the tenants, PBS Connect, will occupy 24,000 sqm in Hall B.

Garbe Industrial Real Estate Poland, in partnership with the Wood & Company Logistics SubFund, has announced the development of Garbe Park Gliwice, a new industrial complex in Poland. The park will offer 75,000 sqm of leasable space and be built to BREEAM Excellent certification standards. The investment value is expected to exceed €50 million.

International Industrial Properties (IIProp), owned by Madison International Realty and Griffin Capital Partners, will develop two built-to-suit logistics facilities in Poland for a major online marketplace operating across Central and Eastern Europe. The long-term lease agreements confirm the growing demand for modern logistics infrastructure in key Polish locations.

Zeitraum has opened a new student residence at Racławicka 58 in Kraków’s Krowodrza district. The building offers 249 rooms (289 beds), mostly private studios with en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes. Flexible lease terms allow stays from one month to a full year.
