CTP has started the construction of solar power plants across its entire portfolio, with the first phase of 6 buildings to be installed in Biatorbágy and Üllő, both located in the outskirts of Budapest.  The plants, each with a capacity of 500 kW, are scheduled to start operations in the first quarter of 2022, aiming to meet tenants' green energy needs while reducing energy costs. The project will be carried out by local contractors and will be developed by CTP as its own investment, entirely from its own resources.

The two phases of the project will comprise more than 150,000 sqm of prime warehouse space.

Wing’s residential development brand Living is launching the third, and final, phase of Kassák Terrace project, located in District 13 of Budapest. The residential project offers future homeowners community services and smart solutions. Kassák Terrace is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2025.

Fashion Outlet Slovenia is being developed by HG Invest in cooperation with FOC Retail Service GmbH and Outlet Evolution Services. On an area of more than 20,000 sqm, 70 shops and several hundred new jobs will be created in two phases. The first phase will be opened in 2023 with phase two scheduled for 2026, ACROSS Magazine reports.

Realpad, a European provider of CRM and after-sales management software for residential developers, has significantly increased its customer base in Romania in 2021. UBM Development Czechia has completed the reconstruction of the more than 100-year-old former Cukrovarnicky Palace on Senovážné Square in the centre of Prague. The 176-room five-star Andaz Prague hotel will open in the historic building, marking the Hyatt chain’s entry into the Czech Republic. The hotel will be put into trial operation in early 2022.

The construction of a new office building on Budapest’s Róbert Károly Boulevard is about to start, as the owner of the RK60 office building, Raiffeisen Property Holding International (RPHI), has received the building permit for the project.

Primavera Development and Griffes have announced the launch of the construction of the Muse office building, to be located close to Miorita Fountain, in one of the most reputed office areas in Bucharest. The area offers unrivalled road connectivity and accessibility on DN1, towards both the heart of the city and the airport outskirts but also the high prestige of a historical neighbourhood. The total investment will exceed €16 million and is scheduled to be delivered in 2023.
