The Vlněna complex developed by CTP in the centre of Brno is expanding its tenant portfolio with companies from the world of technology. 

CTP has announced that Moody's Ratings has affirmed its Baa3 long-term issuer rating and senior unsecured rating of CTP. The outlook has changed from stable to positive.

HelpShip, the e-fulfillment and logistics solutions provider, has reached 20,000 sqm of leased space at CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal, Romania’s first industrial park developed by CTP to feature an air cargo terminal.

Industrial developer CTP has successfully signed its debut Japanese term loan facility (samurai loan) of JPY 30 billion (€185 million), which is sustainability-linked and has a 5-year maturity.
