Industrial developer CTP said its gross rental income for H1 2025 reached €367.2 million, marking a 14.4% year-on-year increase, while signing 1 million sqm of new leases, an 11% increase compared to H1 2024.

Shanghai Pret Composites, a manufacturer of polymer composites for the automotive and industrial sectors, has signed a lease agreement for a production facility in Opole. CTP has signed a lease with discount chain Aldi for a 43,000 sqm central warehouse at CTPark Warsaw Emilianów, near Warsaw. Currently under construction, this will become Aldi's third Polish distribution centre and is scheduled to open in Q1 2026.
