CTP has leased around 10,000 sqm of modern warehouse space at CTPark Warsaw North to Trako Team Rafał Kopański, a Polish brand from the transport, shipping and logistics (TSL) sector.

Polish fashion retailer LPP has reached 90,000 sqm of leased space in CTPark Bucharest West, after opening a new e-commerce facility spanning 40,000 sqm in the project. 

Industrial developer CTP has completed the first phase of its CTPark Arad West project spanning 23,000 sqm, with another 20,000 sqm ready for tenant fit-out.

Industrial developer CTP has announced the signing of a 5-year €500 million unsecured syndicated sustainability-linked loan facility at a fixed all-in cost of 4.7%. CTP has purchased an 85,000 sqm investment plot in the Wiskitki municipality near Warsaw. The acquisition of this land, located just 10km away from the planned Central Transport Port, will allow the company to expand the CTPark Warsaw West complex with an additional 36,000 sqm of leasable space. JLL was responsible for coordinating the purchase of the new land.

HelpShip, part of euShipments.com's group and logistics network, has leased 12,500 sqm in CTPark Oradea Cargo Terminal.

The estimated volume of new industrial deliveries in Romania is set to exceed 500,000 sqm in H2 2024, which would add to the existing stock of 7.1 million sqm.
