iLogistic, a fulfilment solutions company, signed a long-term lease for an additional 5,000 sqm at CTPark Budapest West in Biatorbagy in September. The company now operates across 15,500 sqm, representing a thirty-fold increase since launching in the park with just 500 sqm in 2018.

The expansion is driven by the growth of e-commerce and increasing customer demands. iLogistic, now part of GLS but continuing under its original brand, provides warehousing, order management, and delivery services for online retailers.

"We have come a long way over the past seven years: from our first 500-sqm warehouse, we have now grown to 15,500 sqm together with CTP. This reflects not only our own success but also the growth of the e-commerce sector," said Balint Csereklyei, COO of iLogistic.

"Few things demonstrate growth better than a thirty-fold expansion. We believe that developments like this not only support our tenants' business success but also create an environment where growth isn't a barrier," added Andras Kiss, Regional Business Development Lead at CTP Hungary.

The BIA3 hall is a renovated, BREEAM "Very Good" rated property equipped with solar panels and an intelligent building management system. The facility meets iLogistic's sustainability requirements while providing technical infrastructure and access to the park's community space, the Clubhaus.
