Yovav Carmi, President of GTC’s Management Board, has announced that he steps down from the current position by mutual agreement. He has served the company for over 20 fruitful years, performing various functions, including a post on the Management Board.

CTP has appointed Harry Bannatyne as Group Head of Client Relations based in the company’s headquarters in Prague. Bannatyne was previously a Partner and Regional Director Industrial at Colliers in the Czech capital. Prior to that he was National Director, Head of Industrial Agency for the Czech Republic and Slovakia at JLL.

Property Forum is looking for a part-time editor covering the Czech and Slovak real estate markets to help expand its CEE intelligence platform. 

CEE-based media and event platform Property Forum has promoted Fulvia Meirosu to the role of Country Manager for Romania, starting from January 2022. Fulvia will be in charge of client care in addition to being responsible for driving Property Forum’s expansion in one of its biggest markets.

GTC announces that the company’s Supervisory Board has just appointed Pedja Petronijevic to the position of the Chief Development Officer and János Gárdai as the Chief Operations Officer.

JLL announced that Ben Rose has been appointed Head of Capital Markets for the Czech Republic. Ben takes over the role from Mike Atwell, who – after four years of heading up the Czech Republic and CEE capital markets team – returned to London to take up a senior position in the EMEA Industrial & Logistics investment team.

Knight Frank Hungary has appointed Petra Holy to lead the OSCA (Occupier Services and Commercial Agency) services as Head of Office Division. Petra is an experienced leasing, property and asset manager with over 15 years of demonstrated experience in the real estate industry, specializing in landlord representation and strategic consultancy. Previously, she has been involved in the industry both as a consultant and as a landlord, which gives her a full coverage overview. 

International law firm CMS has bolstered its real estate and construction practice with the addition of a team of 10 lawyers in Poland. CMS will be joined by three respected partners, each with many years of experience and an established market reputation: Agata Jurek-Zbrojska, Małgorzata Madej-Balcerowska, and Dominik Rafałko. Agata Jurek-Zbrojska will head CMS’s real estate and construction practice in Poland, which she will manage in close co-operation with partners Lidia Dziurzyńska-Leipert – who leads international development for CEE Real Estate, Michał Mieciński, Małgorzata Madej-Balcerowska, and Dominik Rafałko.

Globe Trade Centre promoted Ede Gulyás to the position of County Manager, Hungary. He will take over the operations of GTC in the local market end-to-end, following the resignation of Robert Snow, a former member of the Management Board and Country Manager in Hungary.

Urszula Kowalska, Krystyna Pietruszyńska and Patrick Pospiech were appointed directors in JLL’s Living Investments department at the beginning of October and, with the support of Paweł Sztejter, Head of JLL Living, they will focus on developing transactional and development advisory services on the Polish residential market.
