Immofinanz has announced that the Supervisory Board has appointed Radka Doehring as a member of the Executive Board as of 1st May 2022 for three years.

Three new Deputy CEOs have been appointed at Wing. In addition to his position as Director of Residential Developments, János Martin has been promoted to Deputy CEO of Wing, Director of Marketing Communications Csenge Mátray has fulfilled the role of Deputy CEO for Communications, HR and Corporate Operations, while Director of Transactions Bence Sass has been appointed Deputy CEO for International Business Development and Investments.

The first quarter of the year in BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland was marked by internal promotions. A total of 9 commercial real estate experts who advise clients on a daily basis, working in office, industrial and logistics leasing departments, as well as in property management, investment markets and design consultancy departments, climbed a step up the career ladder.

In mid-March, the property development and investment group Crestyl appointed Marian Rašík as its new CFO (Chief Financial Officer) and member of the Board of Directors. In his role, he will have primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, management and operation of all financial activities across the Crestyl Group. Jozef Ďurík will continue to be Crestyl's CFO in the Czech Republic, the company reports.

Revetas Capital, the pan-European real estate investment advisor, has announced the appointment of Michele Small as independent Board Member of Keystone CEE Scp, being nominated by the EBRD. 

Space Brokers, a Czech real estate consultancy focused on commercial real estate, is expanding its team with 2 senior consultants for Slovakia after the first year. Martin Varačka and Martin Šafárik are responsible for commercial property leasing in Slovakia now. At the same time, Lucia Voslářová joins Space Brokers as a Marketing Director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, the company announced.

Developer Trammell Crow Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the CBRE Group, has appointed Petr Kovařík as Chief Logistics Officer for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. From TCC's Prague office, Petr will oversee the company's business and strategic development in the local market, as well as the selection, acquisition and financing of large-scale logistics projects in the region.  

CBRE South-Eastern Europe (CBRE SEE), a direct subsidiary of CBRE Group, has announced the establishment of a new local office in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Avison Young is strengthening its team to provide its clients with first-class office leasing services in the Czech Republic. For the post of Associate Director, the company has appointed Petr Florian to develop its Office Leasing service line.

Zoltán Fekete was appointed the President of the Management Board of GTC. Previously, he has served the company as the Chairman of The Supervisory Board for two years. In the new role, Mr Fekete will steer all GTC’s operations in the region.
