Colliers has promoted Kevin Turpin to Regional Director of Capital Markets in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) with immediate effect.

Kevin Turpin, previously the Regional Director of Research for the region, brings a breadth of capital markets expertise from his 17 years of experience. In his new role, Kevin will focus on the further development of Colliers’ CEE Capital Markets service line. Colliers provides a broad spectrum of investment services including both buy-side and sell-side advisory, involving commercial and technical due diligence, across a portfolio of strategic investment services.

“Kevin’s appointment marks an important and exciting new step for Colliers in CEE and on a European basis.  Through his extensive client relationships and his understanding of the market, I am sure he will help our existing investment clients to grow and make the right strategic decisions, whilst attracting new opportunities. Combined we will provide a more complete and unique regional platform for investors across a broader range of real estate sectors,” said Luke  Dawson, Managing Director, Cross Border Capital Markets, Colliers in EMEA.

“I am thrilled to welcome Kevin into this new role. His experience across strategic analysis, asset classes and geographies is unmatched in the region and allows us to provide clients with a unique and broad offering,” commented Monika Rajska-Wolinska, CEO, Colliers in CEE.

Kevin will work closely with Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra, Head of Corporate Finance and Living Services for CEE whose team supports clients in residential and broader living sector advisory, transactions and operations, as well as debt and equity advisory.

Kevin is a well-recognised keynote speaker and panellist at major international real estate events, sharing his capital markets and research knowledge and broad business perspectives on market trends.

“I am absolutely delighted to be taking on this role at this time in my career. Colliers already has first-class investment teams across CEE and together we will further grow our capabilities and deliver the best possible results for our clients in this region.  With almost 17 years spent advising both internal and external clients on the CEE property markets, through both bull and bear markets,  I am particularly looking forward to applying this experience in my new position”,  said Kevin Turpin, Regional Director of Capital Markets in CEE.

The CEE region at Colliers now includes Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia.
