Due to the expansion of 7R's development business, the company's board has appointed Bartlomiej Krawiecki as Vice-Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his new role, effective from September 2021, Bartłomiej Krawiecki is responsible for implementing 7R's development strategy in Poland and foreign markets. Łukasz Jachna also joins the company's management board, and from October this year, will be Chief Capital Markets Officer.

Professional services and investment management company Colliers today announced that Dorota Paclawska has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), effective October 1, 2021.

Cushman & Wakefield strengthens its management structure in the CEE region. Part of this step is the extension of the roles of some of its professionals, who are newly responsible for the firm’s activities in the whole region. Three experts from Cushman & Wakefield’s Czech office now have such regional roles. GTC has promoted Ede Gulyás to the position of Country Head Deputy, as of August 1, the company announced. In his role, Ede will be responsible for all GTC’s operations in Hungary. His extensive experience in leasing and asset management, as well as in-depth knowledge of real estate, will help steer the company’s growth in the local market. GTC invested €264 million in Hungary, in the first six months of 2021.

As of September 2021, Tamás Sellyey has been appointed Director of Strategy and Business Development at Forestay Group, with a key role in the Group's major expansion plans. His mandate will fully cover organisational and business development processes, increasing the order book for engineering and fit-out services, as well as promoting in-house developments managed by the Group's fund management.
