As of September 2021, Tamás Sellyey has been appointed Director of Strategy and Business Development at Forestay Group, with a key role in the Group's major expansion plans. His mandate will fully cover organisational and business development processes, increasing the order book for engineering and fit-out services, as well as promoting in-house developments managed by the Group's fund management.

Colliers continues the process of changes in the company's structure in Poland. After Monika Rajska-Wolińska's promotion to CEO for the CEE region announced on July 1, 2021, the company informs about the appointment of new members to the company's Management Board in Poland. Joining the board are: Marta Machus-Burek (Vice-President of the Management Board, responsible for the Corporate Development Strategy), Paweł Skałba (Board Member, responsible for Sales and Client Relations), Piotr Mirowski (Board Member, responsible for Landlord Advisory Strategy) and Maciej Chmielewski (Board Member, responsible for Tenant Advisory Strategy). Diófa Asset Management has appointed Roland Bogár as its new Real Estate Investment Director, the company said in a press release. Bogár has nearly 15 years of real estate experience, during which time he has taken part in numerous property deals in Hungary and in the CEE region. He will now play an active role in coordinating activities related to Diófa's real estate portfolio and in setting the direction of the company's property strategy.

Colliers today announced that Monika Rajska-Wolińska has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Colliers in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), now including Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia, effective from 01 August 2021.

The Supervisory Board of CA Immo decided on the upcoming succession of the current CEO Andreas Quint, who will retire when his Management Board mandate expires on 31 December 2021. Silvia Schmitten-Walgenbach is appointed as the new CEO with effect from the beginning of 2022 for a period of three years until December 31, 2024.

Immofinanz was informed that the RPR Privatstiftung sold its entire shareholding in RPPK Immo GmbH, which holds a total of 13 million Immofinanz shares and 5 mandatory convertible notes issued by Immofinanz , to Eurovea Services, s.r.o. Sole shareholder of Eurovea Services, s.r.o. is Peter Korbacka.
