GTC Hungary has appointed new top managers who will be responsible for serving GTC’s clients more efficiently.
"We have appointed three experienced real estate executives to new managerial roles in our local organization," said Ede Gulyás, GTC Hungary’s Country Manager.
Csilla Vattay acts as the company’s new Head of Leasing effective February 1, 2022. She has a fifteen years proven track record in the real estate business. She took over leasing from Eszter Losonci-Várnai, who is moving to the newly created position of Head of Commercial Asset Management, to focus on existing tenant lease extension and property value maintenance. She also boasts 20+ years of industry experience.
At the end of last year, Ildikó Mészáros joined GTC as a Senior Portfolio Manager. With an extensive twenty years of experience in commercial real estate, she is in charge of commercial asset and commercial property management for the entire property portfolio of GTC.
