JLL has announced that Robert Paulson has been appointed Head of Capital Markets for the Czech Republic. In a move to support the growth and evolution of its Capital Markets business across the region, Rob’s appointment is effective immediately.

On 1 October this year, Avison Young welcomed a team of market experts and launched a new Office Agency service in Poland. Marta Sypiańska, Robert Pastuszka, Maksymilian Sobczak and Przemysław Urbański joined the team.

Colliers announced that Kata Mazsaroff has been appointed as the new Managing Director for Hungary. Kata worked at Colliers between 2007 and 2020 where she established the Occupier Services business line, helping Colliers record the highest market share in tenant representation for several consecutive years in the Budapest market. Under Kata’s supervision, the department managed 250,000 sqm of projects for around €300 million lease value.

Magdalena Kowalewska joined CPI Property Group (CPIPG) Polska, taking the position of Chief Operations Officer.

At the beginning of October, Michał Białas will take the position of Head of Business Development at 7R warehouse developer. The new head of business development in the company has many years of experience in the real estate sector, specializing in structuring, financing and transaction execution. At 7R, he will be responsible for the development of the real estate portfolio and tenants, as well as the implementation of the company's development strategy in key markets.

CTP has appointed Maarten Otte as Head of Investor Relations. He joins CTP Group from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, one of the world’s leading developers and operators of shopping malls, where he was Group Director of Investor Relations.

JRD has announced changes in top management positions. Alexandra Tomášková is now a two-time CEO as she will also lead JRD Development in addition to her position as CEO of JRD Land. The current head of this division, Martin Svoboda, continues to lead JRD Group.

Revetas Capital announced a new promotion within the legal team: Joanna Przybyl has taken over the role of General Counsel for the firm. Joanna has been working in partnership with Revetas Capital since January 2018, she is a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland and holds a master’s degree in Law and has 13 years of experience in the legal domain previously working for the international law firm DLA Piper

Following the completion of the mandatory offer by CPI Property Group in relation to S Immo, the Supervisory Board and the acting Chairman of the Management Board, Dr. Bruno Ettenauer, have mutually agreed that Mr. Ettenauer's Management Board contract terminated at the end of 6 September 2022.

JLL has introduced a seven-person international Sustainability Services and ESG team. The team will focus on consultancy in both topics due to the constantly rising demand for sustainability services in the real estate sector.
