Property Forum is a leading media and event platform with nearly 10 years of experience. Our CEE real estate intelligence platform covers breaking news, deals, capital market transactions, executive moves and industry trends every day. We also organise conferences both online and offline (in London, Vienna, Budapest, Bucharest, Belgrade, Bratislava and Prague, amongst other locations).

What would you do?

• Cover daily news from the Bulgarian real estate market (investment and lease transactions, career moves, market trends)
• Interview industry experts and decision-makers from the region
• Create unique content for Property Forum’s CEE intelligence platform
• Monitor major industry trends, leaders and companies, including through news and social channels, for leads and industry relevance

What are we looking for?

• English and Bulgarian working proficiency with good writing skills
• Higher educational background in a related discipline
• Interest in real estate, architecture, urban planning or future technologies

Property Forum is headquartered in Budapest with most editors working remotely in the city they are based in. Working hours and location are completely flexible, you'd need to work around 1 hour per workday, depending on the media cycle.
