Since February this year, Natalia Wenzławska, who took the position of Head of Marketing, is responsible for marketing and communication at CBRE in Poland. She will lead a team of a dozen or so people, whose tasks will focus on the implementation of the company's overall communication strategy.

The Czech Green Building Council (CZGBC) has a new member, global commercial real estate service provider Avison Young. After two years of the pandemic, every fourth woman is considering leaving the labour market, says a study by the McKinsey Global Institute. According to Colliers, this can be prevented and easily reversed by the employer by adjusting the working environment and conditions or by investing in the employee's reskilling. It is necessary to consider as such an exodus of women from the group of productive employees would weaken the Czech labour market.

Michał Nawrot has been promoted to Head of Investments CEE at Peakside Capital Advisors. He will be responsible for, among others, the implementation of investment objectives, asset management to increase their value and the fund's investment strategies in the CEE region.

CTP in the Czech Republic has a new CFO as of July. Ivana Ficzová will be in charge of the strategic management of CTP's finances in the Czech Republic in her new role.

From mid-July this year, Dmitry Gavrylenko will join JLL Poland. As Head of Capital Markets Poland, he will be responsible for strengthening the company's offer in the area of capital markets. Dmitry was already associated with JLL, having managed the company's Ukrainian office from 2016 to 2019.

Anna Dafna has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Atrium European Real Estate. She will replace Ryan Lee, who was promoted to the position of CEO.

Pedja Petronijevic and GTC terminated their agreement with mutual consent as a result Pedja will be stepping down from his current position as a member of GTC’s Management Board effective as of 15 July 2022. 

Günther Artner (49) has taken over the management of the Commercial Real Estate business of Erste Group and Erste Bank Oesterreich as of 1 July 2022. Artner thus succeeds Patrick Zehetmayr, who is leaving Erste Group.
