Mihály Schrancz, the CEO of Hungarian real estate development company Property Market has stepped down. The move was unexpected and no new leader has been announced yet.

Indotek Group has appointed an International Sales Director to support the company's growing international presence. The position will be held by András Kovács, the company's current Sales Director, who will continue to oversee sales in Hungary. Under the appointment, the specialist will be responsible for international office (non-retail), warehouse and logistics real estate sales and leasing activities. The new position was necessitated by the dynamic growth of the company's international real estate portfolio and ambitious expansion plans.

GTC announced that Ziv Gigi has been promoted to Executive Director for the Southeast Europe region. In his new role, he will be responsible for all operations of the office sector in Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and Croatia. He will be in charge of executing the company's strategy and development plan, as well as all of its operational activities, including leasing and asset management. Ziv Gigi’s promotion is part of the company’s greater transformation to strengthen its country leadership to be more responsive to opportunities and challenges in local markets.

As of December 1, Martin Baláž will step up into the position of Senior Vice President, Country Manager Czech Republic, Slovakia & Hungary, reporting to Pawel Sapek, Prologis Senior Vice President and Regional Head for Central Europe.

Marian Roman has been appointed Managing Director of Europolis Office, the office division of Pavăl Holding. The move came after the holding took over seven Bucharest-based office projects from CA Immo. 

Starting November 2022, Agnieszka Ciupak joined GTC Poland as Executive Director. In her newly-created role, she will be responsible for all operations of the office sector, including leasing, fit-out, asset management, facility management, as well as marketing and company-wide HR.

Jan Sadil will be the new CEO of JRD Group. The banker and builder Jan Sadil has worked for many years in top positions in the banking industry, he was for many years the CEO of the mortgage bank Hypoteční banka and a member of the board of directors of one of the largest Czech banks, ČSOB. He will take up the position of CEO of JRD Group in February 2023.

CTP and the Faculty of Civil Engineering from the Brno University of Technology have entered a five-year partnership and will jointly work to increase interest in construction subjects and support young talents, the developer announced.

The Management Board of UBM Development Czechia was strengthened this autumn by two new members. As of 1 October, Roman Ehrentraut and Vladimír Pašek are now part of the Management Board along with Josef Wiedermann, the company announced.

Developer and owner of semi-industrial and logistics real estate VGP appointed Michal Bujárek (37) as its new Country Manager for Slovakia.
