UDI Group is starting construction in another European market, Hungary after the new year. The mixed-use Parkside project in Budapest is planned near Váci Road with apartments and a hotel for medium and long-term accommodation.

YIT has received building use approval for the Rivi Bachova apartment building in Chodov, Prague. The project has been implemented in cooperation with the Rivi Housing Cooperative. New residents, who by joining the cooperative have acquired a cooperative share and the right to rent an apartment are moving in as early as December of this year. 

Following the approval of the local zoning plan in September 2024, Nowy Wełnowiec is entering the implementation phase. The 30-hectare revitalised site formerly occupied by the Silesia Metallurgical Plant in Katowice will become home to a mixed-use district with predominantly residential functions. Nearly a third of the area will be dedicated to open green spaces. The Capital Park Group is responsible for the implementation and management of the project. The architectural concept comes from the JEMS Architekci studio. The investor has received permission to modernise the former compressor house building since the beginning of the 20th century.

The first stage of the new Vydrica district in the centre of Bratislava has received a valid building use approval decision. The developer of the project is Vydrica Development, a joint venture of Vydrica, a.s. and Lucron's parent company, Luxembourg's Ikopart. The manager of the Vydrica project is the development company Lucron.

Optimal Development has combined history and modern design in its new residential development Matadorka Living on the site of the former Matador factory in Bratislava - Petržalka.

In addition to the new acquisition in Brno, YIT is also intensively focusing on Kladno, where it is starting its first-ever regional construction by the end of this year.

JTRE has revealed the results of international competition for new Bratislava skyscrapers. Two towers are articulated not as a single volume but as a bundle of slender towers, each ending at different points, adding to the complexity of the city skyline.

Tatra Real has launched the first stage of selling the Galvania residence in Ružinov, near the Avion Shopping Center in Bratislava. There are 81 pre-sale apartments at introductory prices.
