The Vydrica district in Bratislava is entering its next phase. The development company Lucron is launching the construction of the V4 residential building, in the heart of the renovated Podhradie, with a view of the Water Tower.
The boutique building offers 23 apartments, with diverse layouts ranging from 56 sqm to 156 sqm four-room apartments featuring three bathrooms, and a 20 sqm terrace.
All apartments have loggias or terraces, while four apartments additionally have front gardens oriented to the quieter part of Oeserova Street with an area of up to 28 sqm. The interest in living in this high-end building is confirmed by 44% pre-sale before the start of the construction. The building is expected to be approved for use in 2027.
Near the V4 building is also the National Cultural Monument - the Water Tower. The developer is cooperating with conservationists and the municipality on its restoration, and the permitting process is currently underway.
