Penta Real Estate Slovakia has started the sale and construction works of the new Bory Nádvorie residential phase in the Bratislava Bory district.
This phase is located in the central zone of the district, on the eastern side it borders the Bory Promenáda phase, on the northwestern side it borders the Bory kindergarten. A stream and a dam with a cycle path border the southwestern side.
Future residents will have important amenities within walking distance, such as the Bory Mall shopping and entertainment centre, Bory Hospital, and Bory kindergarten.
The transport infrastructure in the Bory zone is connected to the nearby D2 motorway, while the city centre is less than 15 minutes away by car. The extension of the tram line from Dúbravka and the construction of an integrated passenger transport terminal – TIOP Lamačská brána – are also in preparation. To date, Penta has invested more than €30 million in the construction and expansion of the transport infrastructure in the Bory area.
The first 40 of the planned 180 apartments are on sale. The final approval is planned for the turn of 2027 – 2028.
