Real estate developer Park Properties has purchased a 15,000 sqm land plot on the shores of Lake Snagov, near Bucharest, for a luxury villa residential development.

UDI Group is launching its next residential project Zvezdano Brdo (Starry Hill) in the capital of Serbia, Belgrade. Serbia is the largest foreign market for the Czech UDI Group. It is building or preparing four projects here, including the entire new Duga district for CZK 14 billion (€555 million). 

Living, Wing’s residential development arm, has secured a financing worth HUF 12 billion from Erste Bank for the construction of the Római Park residential project in Buda. Construction works started last August, with completion expected in 2026.

Speedwell has started the construction of the last building of its Triama Residence project in Bucharest.  

The first larger building that is only intended for rental was opened within the Belgrade-based Skyline project in April and is already over 30% rented, which is a good rate of rental for buildings of this type, according to an opinion of Cordon consultants.
