AFI Czech Republic has announced an increased occupancy rate across its rental housing projects as well as its office portfolio at the end of 2025.

Romanian developer Park Properties has partnered with entrepreneur George Peltecu to develop Sunlake Snagov Signature Collection, a development of 22 lakeside villas with a private marina. The project will be built on a 15,000 sqm plot on Lake Snagov shores, with construction starting this spring.

The Russian full-scale invasion inflicted unprecedented damage on Ukraine’s housing stock. Hundreds of thousands of homes have been damaged or destroyed, and millions of Ukrainians have lost their permanent residences, becoming internally displaced persons (IDPs). As the war enters its fourth year, reconstruction of housing has become one of the most urgent priorities — not only socially but strategically, for stabilising communities, restoring livelihoods and enabling return. These include large-scale investment initiatives, state compensation mechanisms, municipal developments, and innovative mixed models with private partners. YIT has completed the tenth phase of the Suomi Hloubětín residential complex in Prague 9. The Tampere building contains 68 apartments and 5 commercial spaces, with only two retail units remaining for sale.

YIT Slovakia has reached a significant regulatory milestone in the development of its Mlynárka project in Bratislava. Following the building placement decision issued by the district in November 2025, the developer obtained legal planning permission on 18 December 2025 for the first phase of the development, comprising blocks B, C, and E. This approval allows the company to transition the project into the next phase of the formal authorisation process.

Geosan Development has launched the construction of its largest residential project Re.Start Petynka with 283 apartments and commercial ground floor, while it also kicked off the Benkova Rezidence on Chodov, comprising two boutique "villa-houses" with 40 apartments. The company also completed another phase of building plot development for individual family house construction in Choťánky near Poděbrady and delivered the Rezidence Radimova Břevnov complex in Prague, featuring 101 homes.
