Prima Development Group has started the construction on Prima Solis, a premium residential project in eastern Bucharest, following an investment of €140 million.
The project will feature 950 apartments, over 1,000 parking spaces, 60 electric car charging stations, and two playgrounds, all built to the nZEB standard. Additionally, the developer plans to integrate 2,500 sqm of commercial and service spaces to serve the wider community.
The first phase is expected to be delivered in the summer of 2027.
Adrian Stoichină, Co-CEO of Prima Development Group, said the project will attract the attention of the upper-middle segment.
The group has delivered over 5,000 apartments to date, with a cumulative value of €400 million.
