Developed by Wing, the brand-new headquarters building of evosoft Hungary Kft., a Siemens subsidiary, was completed on time and tailored fully to the tenant’s needs. Located at the Buda end of the Rákóczi Bridge, the 22,000 sqm complex was completed as part of the second phase of the Hungarian Nobel Prize Winners R&D Park. The building, home to a six-storey research and development facility, is equipped with cutting-edge technology and meets Gold-level environmental friendliness and energy efficiency LEED certification criteria. Evosoft is expected to begin moving into the building in December 2020.

French real estate group Catinvest has opened the first Class A office building in Craiova, Romania. The new offices of Electroputere Parc are part of the mixed-use building covering 12,300 sqm that has been completed this year and another similar building with 12,700 sqm is set to be completed in Q2 2021. Echo Investment has finished the construction of the second stage of the Face2Face Business Campus office complex in Katowice, Poland. Capgemini, as the first of the tenants, started working in the new office at Żelazna 2.

Cushman & Wakefield Echinox has been appointed to manage the Ţiriac Tower office building in Bucharest’s Central Business District, starting with October. As a result, Cushman & Wakefield Echinox will be responsible for the management of daily administrative-operational activity within the project, through a team of specialists both on-site and at the headquarters, coordinated by Mihaela Petruescu, Partner Asset Services.

Cushman & Wakefield has entered into a partnership with Zeitgeist Asset Management and taken over property management of the investor’s Polish property portfolio.
