Brugnola, a joint venture of Rida Development and Mack Real Estate Group has bought the office complex from A&T Holdings for an undisclosed sum. Apollo-Rida Poland, the Polish branch of Rida Development will be the investment and property manager of the property.


Jerozolimskie Business Park are four office buildings located at Al. Jerozolimskie 146, in the centre of Warsaw. It comprises a total of 16,000 sqm of office space and almost 400 parking spaces. The complex was built in 1997 and extensively refurbished in 2015–2017. Jerozolimskie Business Park offers also a conference centre, facilities for cyclists and a public reading room.

Each of the buildings has obtained BREEAM certificates at the ‘Very Good’ level in the asset performance category and at the ‘Excellent’ level for property management. Tenants include Nowa Era, PGNiG, Gaz-System, Macmillan Polska, Intel Technologies and Vos Logistics.

Penteris acted as legal advisor to Apollo-Rida Poland, while Linklaters represented the seller. The acquisition was financed by Deutsche Pfandbriefbank.
