Romanian developer One United Properties has recorded a turnover of €‎184.2 million in the first nine months of this year, up 43% compared to the same period of last year, while the gross profit doubled to €‎97.2 million due to higher residential sales. 

Immofinanz leads the development of retail parks across Croatia, with plans for surpassing Supernova and becoming the market leader in Croatia, while local developers remain active as well, focusing on undersupplied locations and the outskirts of large cities.

Romanian developer Forty Management has sold out the Central District Viitorului 134 residential project, one month before construction completion. The Bucharest-based complex has a gross development value of €12.8 million without VAT. 

The volume of investment in Romania’s commercial property sector reached €330 million in Q3 2022 and €667 million in the first nine months, while in the first three quarters of 2021 the investment market stood at around €550 million, according to Colliers. 

GLP announced that the last building developed at its Kraków Airport Logistics Centre in Modlniczka, near Kraków, will have Cummins as its main customer. The building will be ready next spring.
