A Foster + Partners and Buro Happold consortium has won the competition to design the new CPK airport between Warsaw and Łódź. 

Romanian developer STC Partners has started the construction of the first phase of the Quartier Azuga residential complex in Bucharest. 

CPI Property Group has announced the divestment of part of its portfolio to reduce the Group's debt burden. Its debt had primarily increased due to the Group's €8 billion investment in Austria. The estimated value of the properties to be sold is expected to be around €2 billion. The liquidation strategy was announced by CPI PG in its notification to shareholders.

Jan Sadil will be the new CEO of JRD Group. The banker and builder Jan Sadil has worked for many years in top positions in the banking industry, he was for many years the CEO of the mortgage bank Hypoteční banka and a member of the board of directors of one of the largest Czech banks, ČSOB. He will take up the position of CEO of JRD Group in February 2023.

PFR Nieruchomości will debut in Szczecin with a large rental project, located on 6 hectares owned by PKP (Polish State Railways). It will comprise 9 buildings, 800 flats, recreational space and amenities.

A joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors has signed a portfolio loan facility agreement with Bank Pekao S.A., comprising an investment loan and VAT loan - more than PLN 500 million (over €106 million) in total. The funds have been used to finance the acquisition of three logistics properties in and around Warsaw and the redevelopment of the City Point Targówek park.
