Małgorzata Więcko has been appointed as a Board Member of the Polish branch of Indotek Group, the real estate asset manager.

Więcko joined Indotek in Poland in April 2025 as Head of Asset Management. She has 18 years of experience in asset and property management, gained at companies including JLL, Amazon, and Accolade. Her expertise covers industrial, office, retail, and residential sectors across various asset classes. She is a graduate of the University of Białystok, the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, and Heriot-Watt University in Scotland.

"Poland is a key market for us, which is why we prioritise local expertise. Małgorzata's appointment to the board is a natural step that will allow us to manage our growing real estate portfolio more efficiently. Her international experience and deep knowledge of the local market are essential to building the value of our assets in this region," says Stevan Todorović, International Asset Management Director at Indotek Group.

The Board Members of Indotek Poland also include Tamás Szöllősi and Stevan Todorović.

Indotek Group is a real estate investment and NPL management company with a presence in 12 European markets and a portfolio that spans commercial, hospitality, logistics and residential sectors, encompassing over 350 properties.
