Slovak construction company HSF System SK has completed the general delivery of two more shopping centres in Slovakia. In Kysucke Nové Mesto, which is located in the Žilina region, the shopping gallery Obchodná galéria Naša was opened to the public. In Košice, a new SIKO shopping centre was built.

Obchodná galéria Naša in Kysucké Nové Mesto, which is situated on Sládkovičova Street in the Kamence district of the town, opened to the public at the end of November. The general contractor of the construction was HSF System SK, the investor was Istrofinal. Customers and visitors will find the stores of Tesco, KiK, TEDi, dm drogerie markt and Super ZOO in the shopping centre in Kysuce. "All objects in this shopping mall are included in the international BREEAM certification system. A large number of ecological features include, for example, green roofs or a photovoltaic power plant," says Tomáš Kosa, managing director of HSF System SK.

HSF System SK, as the general contractor, built a new two-storey SIKO shopping centre on an area of 7,000 sqm within the OC Cassovia shopping complex near the Železníky housing estate in Košice. The investor of the project was the company Slosiko, and the lease of the premises was handled by Atrios Real Estate. The new showroom of the SIKO spa and kitchen studio occupies about one-third of the built space. The remaining capacity is made up of smaller shopping units ranging from 200 to 1,800 sqm. "The project in Košice is a continuation of our previous successful cooperation with both partners when we jointly implemented the SIKO department store project in Prešov in 2019," adds Tomáš Kosa.
