Since February this year, Natalia Wenzławska, who took the position of Head of Marketing, is responsible for marketing and communication at CBRE in Poland. She will lead a team of a dozen or so people, whose tasks will focus on the implementation of the company's overall communication strategy.

High inflation and rising interest rates pose a threat to the upturn in the economy which many expected following the pandemic. The new facility will be built on the basis of the former Galeria Ozimska, the largest tenant of which was a Tesco hypermarket. In the new facility, 18,000 sqm of leasable area (GLA), a shopping arcade will be built, which will be accompanied by a classic retail park. Scallier was jointly responsible for the project acquisition and the preparation of the commercialization concept. Currently, it supervises the commercialisation and manages the facility. The design stage is underway and preparations for the redevelopment of the complex are underway. The opening of Ozimska Park is planned for August 2023.

Romanian company Impact Developer & Contractor recorded sales of 90.3 million lei (€18.5 million) for 110 residential units in the first half of 2022, up 45% compared to the same period of last year.

As students are preparing to resume their university studies in person, asking rents in large cities have gone up by up to 10% by the end of August 2022 compared to the same period of last year, according to property platform Imobiliare.ro.
