Panattoni has leased 42,000 sqm to Japanese logistics operator Nissin in Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV. The logistics park, which came into use this year, is the first to be developed in the western part of the city and will ultimately comprise three buildings with a total area of 110,000 sqm. 

Zeitgeist Asset Management has signed a lease agreement for 2,600 sqm of premium space in Prague's Dunaj Palace with the Czech Representation of the European Commission and the European Parliament Liaison Office. It will include a visitor center for the public. Approval of the reconstructed palace should be in 10 months. The lease agreement is signed for 15 years, Zeitgeist announced.

All apartments in the AFIHome Třebešín rental project in Prague 3 are now fully leased. All tenants of 61 apartments have also moved in, AFI Europe has announced. 

The Czech retail market once again proved its appeal to retail brands, with 38 new arrivals last year. That is the same figure as in 2021 when the influx of 38 new brands was partly the result of the postponement of some entries due to the pandemic. These numbers represent a roughly 50% increase compared to 2019 (22 brands) and 2020 (25 brands), according to the Cushman & Wakefield analysis of the Czech retail market in 2022.

Vastint has leased nearly 13,400 sqm in three Business Garden complexes in the last months of 2022. The new tenants of Business Garden Wrocław are VSB Energie Odnawialne Polska, Smartbear Software, IDOM, and Jabil Poland, which leased a total of more than 4,200 sqm of office space. In addition, two current tenants of the complex, Gates Business Services Europe and iTechArt, have expanded their existing offices by an additional 2,400 sqm. The Business Garden Poznań tenants were joined by Deloitte and Paypro SA, which leased a total of 2,720 sqm. Business Garden Warsaw also gained new tenants, Astellas Pharma, Stadler Polska, TLScontact and United Imaging Healthcare Poland. Along with the expansion agreements signed with current clients, the Warsaw complex leased 4,074 sqm of office space.

The past year has been an extremely intense one for the housing market. Belgian developer Atenor says it has agreed on a bilateral promise with CEE-focused real estate investment manager Adventum Group for the sale of the office complex @Expo in Bucharest. The promise is under the suspensive condition of the signing of a share purchase agreement by the end of Q1 2023, Atenor announced in a press release.

In the past 12 months, there were 154 buildings in Romania that received green certifications under the BREEAM or LEED standards, accounting for one-third of all buildings that were certified in the past 14 years, according to data from green building consultancy ADP.
