Properties in Sofia rank relatively cheap compared to other major cities in Europe. The Bulgarian capital is taking the last place in rankings by average price and the market has opportunities to grow. The opinion was expressed by Thomas Stanishev, Director of Galardo Real Estate, in an interview for the show "Club Investor'' of Bloomberg TV Bulgaria  

pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has provided a €117 million investment loan facility to a logistics fund managed by GLP Capital Partners (GCP). The fund will utilise the proceeds for the refinancing of the development of a logistics portfolio in Poland and the Czech Republic. pbb acted as arranger and sole lender under the facility.

Panattoni has sold a manufacturing and warehouse BTS facility in Tczew near Gdańsk to LCN Capital Partners for over €26 million.

Property developer Speedwell has purchased a new land plot of 15,000 sqm in Popești-Leordeni, near Bucharest, for its second light industrial project under the SpacePlus brand. 

Palmira Capital Partners has acquired a logistics property in Swarzędz near Poznań, Western Poland, for the "P-Logistik Europa Fonds". The vendor is the AKRON Group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Part of the Maszoński Group's portfolio, MCG EastBridge will lease nearly 37,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at GLP Kraków Logistics Centre III. AXI IMMO was the advisor in selecting and leasing the location.

The Karimpol Group has received a building permit for the second phase of the Skyliner complex. The 130-metre-high office building will be erected at Daszyńskiego Roundabout in Warsaw‘s Wola district next to the first phase of the Skyliner project. The second phase of the investment project, also designed by the APA Wojciechowski Architekci studio, is scheduled to start in the autumn of this year. The entire complex at 67 Prosta Street will offer 73,000 sqm of leasable space.

The total transaction volume for last year in Belgrade's residential market was €2.67 billion, which represents an increase of around 28% compared to the overall amount of €2.06 billion which was registered in the year 2021. This also represents the largest year-on-year increase in recent years, which was caused by the rise in transactions in Q2 when the Ukrainian war broke out, and the rise in transactions in Q4 when it became evident that rents in Belgrade doubled in certain parts of the city as a result of the influx of population from Ukraine and Russia, real estate agency Cordon reports.

Real estate investor and asset manager Adventum Fund Management's IPO is planned to take place before the end of 2023, Bloomberg reports. This could be the first IPO denominated in euros within the Budapest Stock Exchange (BSE). 

Wood & Company is starting to improve its Aupark shopping centre in Bratislava. It plans to expand it with three more retail units and open the space to other global brands, startitup.sk reports.
