Andrzej Wronski, Group Head of Asset Management for P3 Logistic Parks, will be taking over the role of Managing Director for P3 Romania starting July 2023. He is replacing Sînziana Pardhan, who decided to step down after six years of running P3 operations in the country. 

Industrial developer Logicor has expanded the e-commerce warehouse space in Bucharest I Logistics Park Mogosoaia for pharmacy chain Dr.Max to around 16,000 sqm.

The Horizon development group has announced a commitment to build all new projects in accordance with internationally recognized BREEAM accreditation criteria for sustainable development. The company focuses on corporate energy self-sufficiency and electromobility and also operates the Chargee charging platform. By 2030, they will build up to three thousand new charging points not only in the Czech Republic, CPI Property Group announced today.

Resi4Rent has announced on LinkedIn that it has secured financing worth PLN 613 million to expand its portfolio of PRS flats. The funds raised will be used to build 2,700 new units in Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań and Gdańsk.
